Keith is absolutely amazing, and I could not recommend Absolute (formerly BioOne) services enough. I called Absolute on a Saturday night after discovering that my car had flooded during a recent storm and I was worried about mold in the car. He came first thing the next day (on a Sunday morning!) to inspect my car and share with me his diagnosis as well as the best steps for moving forward. As someone who had absolutely no experience with how to address such an issue (and who was afraid of the potential health hazards as well), Keith took significant time to help me become informed and empowered to take care of this issue, and to do so according to my budget and lifestyle needs. He is honest, thorough, attentive to detail, and goes absolutely above and beyond to help. I cannot say enough good things about these services - if you are in need, this is the place to go!!!

Not only are they extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but they will also give you their honest advice about what has caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. Clean up a cellar basement that had mold from water damage which included removing years of old bags of “stuff”, removing scale, floor tiles, and paint from the walls, HEPA vacuum, and sterilizing and KILZ painting the entire basement and exposed rafters. WHEW!!
